Pamela A. Cecere, age 45, of Boca Raton, Florida, passed away in Hamilton, on Friday, March 29, 2002. She was born in Dayton on June 14, 1956, the daughter of Richard and Peggy (Marsh) Scheid. Pamela was a 1974 graduate of Hamilton Taft and a graduate of Bethesda School of Nursing and Miami University. She was employed as a nurse for the last 24 years, currently serving at Verde Elementary School, Boca Raton and previously served at Fairfield North Elementary. Pamela was active in the School Nurses Association in Ohio and Florida. She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Boca Raton. In 1980, in Hamilton, she married Greg Cecere.

She is survived by her husband, Greg Cecere; son, Eric Cecere and daughter, Angela Cecere, all of Boca Raton, Florida; her parents, Richard Scheid and Peggy Scheid, both of Hamilton; brother, Gregory Scheid and his wife Linda of Eugene, Oregon; and grandmother, Lillian Scheid of Hamilton. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ruth and Chester Marsh and Oliver and Prisca Scheid.

Family and friends are invited to attend Mass of Christian Burial at St. Peter in Chains Catholic Church on Thursday, April 4, 2002, at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Butler County Memorial Park. Visitation will be held Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Jenny Evans Scholarship Fund at Hambuco Credit Union.
